Alex Mejia makes first solo!

Alex was able to join a small group of society by completing his first solo flight in N44886 on April 30th.  Alex was joined by a rabble of his fellow Aeromechanix coworkers, who provided Alex with grades of his landings.  His proud instructor watched from the sidelines as he made his three laps in the pattern at Montgomery.

After the flight, everyone was treated to a pizza party back at the shop.  Clients can expect to have a “pizza tax” added to their next service bill.

Here’s Alex getting his shirt tails cut.

And his proud instructor.

And the gang from the shop.

The gang from Aeromechanix
