For Communication/Navigation the #1 slot houses a Garmin 430 WAAS coupled to a Garmin GI-106A for Glide slope and VOR/ILS navigation. The Garmin 430W is also coupled to a Garmin GTX-330ES that will display Traffic Information System (TIS-A).
